Carl Gunnarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute Carl Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Gunnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, HFF's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Blai came free, but Sven-Åke Ahlroht reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carl Gunnarsson in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Lindberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 15 played minutes Bengans blöjbebisar got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Blai. Freddie Billström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Lindberg having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, HFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Ahlbeck to maneuver through the defense. After 30 minutes, Franck Tastet made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. HFF's Sven-Åke Ahlroht tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Michel Ahlqvist came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Bengans blöjbebisar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Ahlqvist couldn't finish the play. Jan Lindberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Jan Lindberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Ahlbeck in the 46th minute. After a rather tough play, Bengans blöjbebisar's Calle Qvalfeldt got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carl Gunnarsson was the one to do the kick off. HFF's Per Ahlbeck got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Michel Ahlqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Åke Ahlroht was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 59 played minutes Bengans blöjbebisar got a freekick which was hit by Calle Qvalfeldt. In the 66th minute, Freddie Billström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Lindberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After having played for 69 minutes, Franck Tastet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bengans blöjbebisar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franck Tastet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Ahlbeck in the 83rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Freddie Billström put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jan Lindberg. After a rather tough play, Bengans blöjbebisar's Calle Qvalfeldt got a free kick in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Freddie Billström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bengans blöjbebisar the free kick. In the 91st minute, Freddie Billström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michel Ahlqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. HFF had won after a very even match.
