Ingvar Kvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Fortuna XIII booed when Bulltofta BB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Hultman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the game, one of FC Fortuna XIII:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tobias Fernström came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Bulltofta BB's Jim Hultman. But to his dismay, Jim Hultman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 17 minutes of play, Bulltofta BB's Kaj Hybbert made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tobias Fernström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute, Kurt Asplund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingvar Kvist was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Joel Vennerberg. Tobias Fernström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henning Karlsson's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Tommy Andreasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ingvar Kvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Tommy Andreasson notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Bulltofta BB's Ingvar Kvist. Ingvar Kvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 36 minutes, Kaj Hybbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bulltofta BB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaj Hybbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaj Hybbert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobias Fernström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. If Kaj Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Bulltofta BB were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With his leg Tobias Fernström managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Bulltofta BB's Henning Karlsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Bulltofta BB getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Niklas Harman hit a great ball. Edwin Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Kaj Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 played minutes FC Fortuna XIII got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Göransson. Tobias Fernström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Hybbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Tommy Andreasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ingvar Kvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Bulltofta BB's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Andreasson came free, but Ingvar Kvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henning Karlsson got free with Tobias Fernström in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the game, FC Fortuna XIII's Edwin Svensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingvar Kvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The Bulltofta BB players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Fortuna XIII from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
