Spectators: 7451 (Terracing: 5590, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrik Kristiansson started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match Rikard Nordlander shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anton Lindberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Esarp IF's Gunnar Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rutger Vinström in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute Måns Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Måns Hermansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anton Lindberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 16th minute Jonas Fanström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Kristiansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Anton Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Näsbypark Nuggets's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Kristiansson came free, but Anton Lindberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Näsbypark Nuggets booed when Esarp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Nyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dennis Pettersson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gunnar Albom came out and tried to block the shot, but Dennis Pettersson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 24th minute. Esarp IF's Patrik Kristiansson got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Palmkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Patrik Kristiansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jonas Fanström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Näsbypark Nuggets's Anton Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Kristiansson in the 44th minute of play. When Måns Hermansson fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esarp IF's protests and gave Måns Hermansson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Måns Hermansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 49 minutes into the match, Esarp IF's goalkeeper Gunnar Albom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kalle Odén. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Rutger Vinström made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Näsbypark Nuggets got a freekick which was hit by Albert Hedvall. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrik Kristiansson in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Lindberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patrik Kristiansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th play minute Herbert Hellström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Anton Lindberg. 1-3. A collision led to Näsbypark Nuggets getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Albert Hedvall hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Esarp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kalle Odén came free, but Gunnar Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dennis Pettersson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Näsbypark Nuggets were furious when Leonardo Hermansson was red carded, 77 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Måns Hermansson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Näsbypark Nuggets booed when Esarp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Måns Hermansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esarp IF's goalkeeper Gunnar Albom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute of the match Näsbypark Nuggets got a corner. Esarp IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sakarias Skoog ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 90th minute, Esarp IF's Patrik Kristiansson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anton Lindberg. Anton Lindberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Patrik Kristiansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Kristiansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the game, Esarp IF's Patrik Kristiansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anton Lindberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Esarp IF played a much better game than Näsbypark Nuggets and deserved their victory. The Näsbypark Nuggets players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
