Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Nyvång's Herman Ivarsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sverker Isaksson's late challenge caught a Varnhem IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sverker Isaksson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 2nd match minute, Nyvång was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. Michael Ahlquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Aron Arhenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Sven Månsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Varnhem IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Månsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulrik Karlsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anders Bjurström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulrik Karlsson having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Anders Bjurström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulrik Karlsson was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. The supporters of Varnhem IK booed when Nyvång was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Jönsätt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aron Arhenius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sverker Isaksson in the 26th minute. Anders Bjurström took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulrik Karlsson. Ulrik Karlsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ulrik Karlsson came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Varnhem IK's Sven Månsson. But to his dismay, Sven Månsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Sven Månsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sven Månsson scored 0-6 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulrik Karlsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game was made by Erik Bodin with Malcolm Hammarbäck as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Ahlquist got free with Aron Arhenius in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anders Bjurström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Michael Ahlquist fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nyvång's protests and gave Michael Ahlquist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Michael Ahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven Månsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The attack was good, but when Sven Månsson in the 51st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 55th minute, Anders Bjurström made a precise shot to the right of Ulrik Karlsson. Nyvång's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 59th minute, Herman Ivarsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Varnhem IK's Per Koch got a free kick in the 60th minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Anders Bjurström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varnhem IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anders Bjurström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Nyvång's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Månsson came free, but Ulrik Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sven Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Ivarsson in the 71st minute of play forced Varnhem IK's goalkeeper Aron Arhenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulrik Karlsson made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Anders Bjurström sent off a good shot on target. Ulrik Karlsson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Varnhem IK's Sven Månsson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-8 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 86th minute, Anders Bjurström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ulrik Karlsson. The goal made the score 0-10. Anders Bjurström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulrik Karlsson having to interfere. Anders Bjurström kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Varnhem IK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
