Magnus Koch took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gunnar Albom. Esarp IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Nyman got free with Gunnar Albom in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute of the match Liverpool FC got a corner. Esarp IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edward Ivarsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Liverpool FC's corner Folke Strömberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gunnar Albom quite easily take care of the ball. After 27 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Sjödin. 32 minutes into the match, Alex Nyman notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Esarp IF's Gunnar Albom. Gunnar Albom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 39 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Lundqvist. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrik Kristiansson in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 姚邦政 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alex Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 46 minutes, Valdemar Håkansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liverpool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdemar Håkansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th play minute Alex Nyman came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gunnar Albom. 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valdemar Håkansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Håkansson in the 61st minute of play forced Esarp IF's goalkeeper Gunnar Albom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Alex Nyman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gunnar Albom. Esarp IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Nyman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Måns Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. 姚邦政 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnar Albom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Nyman went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. If Alex Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gösta Sjödin hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
