Åke Falk kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 6 minutes Väddö IK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sivert Strömqvist who took care of the corner kick. Matthias Fastesson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Kjellman went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute Claes Gerdberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Fastesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kenny Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Michael Stigsson kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Vilgot Billström in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonard Nordmark, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vilgot Billström made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 24thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Leonard Nordmark would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 26th minute Claes Gerdberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Fastesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Vilgot Billström managed to get in a good position for a shot. ShobbaZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilgot Billström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Nordmark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Elias Kjellman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthias Fastesson. ShobbaZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Kjellman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Stigsson in the 35th minute of play forced ShobbaZ's goalkeeper Matthias Fastesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenny Ekström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matthias Fastesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Gerdberg in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Elias Kjellman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Väddö IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. ShobbaZ's Matthias Fastesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Kjellman in the 45th minute of play. With a little luck, Väddö IK's Leonard Nordmark got control of the ball when Vilgot Billström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elias Kjellman to strike the kick off in the second half. ShobbaZ's Matthias Fastesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save ShobbaZ from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the match, Vilgot Billström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonard Nordmark. Väddö IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vilgot Billström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Matthias Fastesson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Martin Biörkquist. If Kenny Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Billström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matthias Fastesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Gerdberg in the 71st minute of play. Matthias Fastesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Kjellman in the 75th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Edmund Beckström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matthias Fastesson. That made the score 1-4 in the 80 minute of play. ShobbaZ's Kenny Ekström got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Edmund Beckström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claes Gerdberg got free with Matthias Fastesson in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Väddö IK's Leonard Nordmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Billström in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Väddö IK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Edmund Beckström hit a great ball. Leonard Nordmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilgot Billström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Vilgot Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, ShobbaZ's Kenny Ekström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonard Nordmark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The ShobbaZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Väddö IK's performance. The match ended with a win for Väddö IK.
