Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Väddö IK's Elias Kjellman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Väddö IK's Leonard Nordmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Smed in the 5th minute of play. Leonard Nordmark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulf Pettersson went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Elias Kjellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Väddö IK's Claes Gerdberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charlie Ekblom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Charlie Ekblom managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Väddö IK's Claes Gerdberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Allan Sundin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonard Nordmark. Väddö IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Väddö IK's Karl-Michael Stigsson got a free kick in the 28th minute. Elias Kjellman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joachim Smed stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Charlie Ekblom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Kjellman in the 51st minute of play. Joachim Smed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulf Pettersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the game, one of Väddö IK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Deje RK's Joachim Smed in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Väddö IK's goalie prevented a goal. After 66 minutes of play, Väddö IK's Elias Kjellman made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charlie Ekblom was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th match minute, Deje RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Smed to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Väddö IK's zone, Joachim Smed stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Nordmark came out of the goal and Joachim Smed tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute Claes Gerdberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Ekblom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Berglund kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Ulf Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Nordmark having to interfere. Lucas Modig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Väddö IK's goalkeeper Leonard Nordmark had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulf Pettersson. Joachim Smed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Nordmark having to interfere. Deje RK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
