The referee ignored Liverpool FC's protests and gave Alex Nyman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sommen booed when Liverpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Nyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Nyman got free with Ragnar Classon in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's Alex Nyman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ragnar Classon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Valdemar Håkansson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ragnar Classon, 1-0. Ingvar Lundqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Liverpool FC's Alex Nyman got a free kick in the 21st minute. The tension between the Liverpool FC and the Sommen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Folke Strömberg. If Alex Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Valdemar Håkansson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ragnar Classon. That made the score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. Valdemar Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alex Nyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ragnar Classon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Valdemar Emander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 姚邦政 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdemar Emander made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Valdemar Håkansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ragnar Classon. Sommen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Håkansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Alex Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Nyman in the 58th minute of play forced Sommen's goalkeeper Ragnar Classon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdemar Håkansson took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ragnar Classon. Ragnar Classon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Håkansson in the 66th minute of play forced Sommen's goalkeeper Ragnar Classon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Alex Nyman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ragnar Classon was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 71 minutes into the game, Liverpool FC's Valdemar Håkansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ragnar Classon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Valdemar Håkansson took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ragnar Classon. Ragnar Classon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 85 minutes into the match, Valdemar Håkansson notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Sommen's Ragnar Classon. Ragnar Classon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Sommen defense, Alex Nyman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ragnar Classon. The Sommen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ragnar Classon should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sommen's zone, Alex Nyman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ragnar Classon came out of the goal and Alex Nyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A nice corner shot did that Hans Lindmark got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 姚邦政 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Liverpool FC fully deserved thier win.
