Gordon Banks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Daniel Myr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gordon Banks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Lund in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Song Shu Zhen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kura Shetakan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Song Shu Zhen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orvar Melander having to interfere. Orvar Melander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Pedersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronny Ekeberg during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ronny Ekeberg hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After having played for 54 minutes, Bertil Pedersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kura Shetakan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Pedersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bertil Pedersson in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orvar Melander saved Faxe Kondi FC from getting behind. Olov Örtlund took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orvar Melander. Orvar Melander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. In the 62nd match minute, Kura Shetakan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delbert Grady to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, Faxe Kondi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Pedersson came free, but Orvar Melander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Kura Shetakan's Song Shu Zhen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orvar Melander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. In the 69th minute, Ronny Ekeberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
