Kevin Bergström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Oskar Lundgren made a huge save. Kevin Bergström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 played minutes Svenljunga got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Jönsätt. In the 43rd minute Wilhelm Hedbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viggo Nyberg to make the kick off. The corner led Hidingsta IK's Valentin Ahlquist to fire away a dangerous shot which Folke Stålberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Hidingsta IK booed when Svenljunga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Hedbom in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Svenljunga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvard Gustavsson to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the game, Konrad Olsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hidingsta IK's Leonard Grubb quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
