The Kappa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Svenljunga's Wilhelm Hedbom slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Magnus Mattsson. That made the score 1-1 after 17 minutes of play. Folke Stålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Britz in the 21st minute of the match. Kevin Bergström succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 25th playminute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kevin Bergström was the one to do the kick off. Folke Stålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Pihlberg in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Kappa's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Hedbom came free, but Magnus Mattsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Bergström in the 62nd minute of play forced Kappa's goalkeeper Magnus Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magnus Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Bergström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 played minutes, Svenljunga's Andreas Vestberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Magnus Mattsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Svenljunga reached it. Kappa's Magnus Mattsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Bergström in the 94th minute of play. After some careless play in the Svenljunga defense, Aleksander Vennerlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Folke Stålberg. The Svenljunga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Folke Stålberg should have stopped the shot. Many of Kappa's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Kappa may have spent more time on the ball, but Svenljunga were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
