With a little luck, Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's Viktor Nordin got control of the ball when Harry Sundberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gert Abrahamsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Holmberg in the 4th minute of play. Richard Bern's late challenge caught a Mjällby AIF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Bern helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Good-ass Hoopti Ridah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Bern to maneuver through the defense. Gert Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Bern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Strand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viktor Nordin made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Harry Sundberg sent off a good shot on target. Ivar Bollström hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Gert Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Strand, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute, Thor Söderman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute of the match Magne Johnsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viktor Nordin skillfully saved the ball. Viktor Nordin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Ek's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Ingvar Ek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Nordin having to interfere. Harry Sundberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Viktor Nordin made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's Richard Bern got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ingvar Ek made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Magne Johnsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viktor Nordin skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Ek in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viktor Nordin saved Good-ass Hoopti Ridah from getting behind. Richard Bern kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Mjällby AIF's Harry Sundberg in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's goalie prevented a goal. 67 minutes into the match, Mjällby AIF's goalkeeper Gert Abrahamsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Björling. Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's Richard Bern got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Richard Bern off the ground. The supporters of Mjällby AIF booed when Good-ass Hoopti Ridah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Bern didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's Eric Björling got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Adam Haström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Viktor Nordin. Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Sundberg came free, but Viktor Nordin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fred Strand hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Eric Björling hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Fred Strand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivar Bollström kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Fred Strand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Strand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eric Björling struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Gert Abrahamsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Good-ass Hoopti Ridah. Viktor Nordin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Mjällby AIF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Good-ass Hoopti Ridah for a fine match.
