Robert Britz took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomas Bagge. Thomas Bagge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Philip Löfgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Bagge having to make a save. If David Grep had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Philip Löfgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Philip Löfgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Löfgren struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Thomas Bagge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Överhörnäs BK. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mustalainen Lahti FC's zone, Robert Britz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Bagge came out of the goal and Robert Britz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 55th minute Karl-Magnus Hökkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Bagge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Britz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Britz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Bagge having to make a save. After 67 minutes of play, Överhörnäs BK's Robert Britz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas Bagge was left in no man's land by his defense there! David Grep received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Thomas Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vidar Rang hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Philip Löfgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Överhörnäs BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Philip Löfgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Bagge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vidar Rang kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Mustalainen Lahti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viggo Colin to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Stig Mårtensson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomas Bagge showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Ulf Sörman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustalainen Lahti FC's Thomas Bagge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Mustalainen Lahti FC from getting a goal against them. Ulf Sörman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Thomas Bagge made a huge save. After 85 played minutes Överhörnäs BK got a freekick which was hit by Philip Löfgren. The supporters of Överhörnäs BK booed when Mustalainen Lahti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Sigman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Robert Britz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Thomas Bagge, passed just outside the right post. Sven-Edvin Asklöv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Olof Harman in the 94th minute of the match. Överhörnäs BK's Sven-Edvin Asklöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Fagerberg in the 95th minute of play. Överhörnäs BK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
