The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Fyrktorget FK's Patrik Ekström got a free kick in the 5th minute. Jan Wennersten spun around in front of the goal 11 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Totte´s BK's goal. The supporters of Fyrktorget FK booed when Totte´s BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilgot Moberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Wennersten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Jönsson having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fyrktorget FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Totte´s BK. Roland Wallin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henrik Enström. 0-1. If Jan Wennersten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Wennersten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Wennersten got free with Jörgen Jönsson in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan Wennersten scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jörgen Jönsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 51st minute, Jan Wennersten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Totte´s BK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Vilgot Moberg hit a great ball. Petter Almqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Wennersten in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jörgen Jönsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jörgen Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Wennersten in the 65th minute of play. Jörgen Jönsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Wennersten went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 73 played minutes Totte´s BK got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Alberg. Filiph Stenman kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Jan Wennersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Jörgen Jönsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Petter Almqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Jan Wennersten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fyrktorget FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Wennersten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jörgen Jönsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Petter Almqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jörgen Jönsson was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. The supporters of Totte´s BK booed when Fyrktorget FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petter Almqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Fyrktorget FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
