Morgan Örtendahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Prestes in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rimbo FC's Inge Vassenius got a free kick in the 26th minute. Rimbo FC's Morgan Örtendahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Prestes in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind LBK Gottfridsberg's goalkeeper Andy Granberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Patrick Prestes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Morgan Örtendahl. After 77 played minutes, Rimbo FC's Filiph Andreasson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andy Granberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rimbo FC reached it. In the 78th minute Patrick Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Örtendahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Rimbo FC's Isaac Berglund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andy Granberg. That made the score 2-4 after 80 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Berglund got free with Andy Granberg in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inge Vassenius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evert Dalman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. After 91 played minutes Rimbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Evert Dalman. After having played for 96 minutes, Mamon Baroun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LBK Gottfridsberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mamon Baroun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rimbo FC played a much better game than LBK Gottfridsberg and deserved their victory. The LBK Gottfridsberg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
