Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cool Ball Runners's Sven-Oskar Björkkvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rudolf Nässén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Cool Ball Runners's goalkeeper Joacim Olsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Lidström. After a defensive mix-up in Klövsjö's zone, Torsten Bremming stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Erik Glad came out of the goal and Torsten Bremming tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Erland Jansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Marcus Lidström in the 19th minute really tested Joacim Olsson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marcus Lidström struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Joacim Olsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Klövsjö. 23 minutes into the match, Klövsjö's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Björkkvist came free, but Nils-Erik Glad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dag Mattsson scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nils-Erik Glad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcus Lidström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joacim Olsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Rudolf Nässén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Olsson having to interfere. Nils-Erik Glad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Oskar Björkkvist in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Nässén in the 33rd minute of play forced Cool Ball Runners's goalkeeper Joacim Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th match minute, Cool Ball Runners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Lidström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Joacim Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Klövsjö's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Bremming came free, but Nils-Erik Glad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Oskar Björkkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joacim Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Lidström in the 45th minute. Marcus Lidström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Olsson having to interfere. After the first half Cool Ball Runners were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rudolf Nässén was the one to do the kick off. If Rudolf Nässén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th match minute, Klövsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Löfkvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cool Ball Runners's goalkeeper Joacim Olsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cool Ball Runners's Eric Gustavsson got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute Rudolf Nässén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Lidström in the 75th minute of play forced Cool Ball Runners's goalkeeper Joacim Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Marcus Lidström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rudolf Nässén came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Klövsjö fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudolf Nässén couldn't finish the play. Nils-Erik Glad made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Torsten Bremming sent off a good shot on target. Joacim Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolf Nässén in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Klövsjö getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Rudolf Nässén hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Cool Ball Runners's Sven-Oskar Björkkvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Cool Ball Runners were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Klövsjö's much stronger midfield.
