When Gilbert Fredriksson fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tenhult's protests and gave Gilbert Fredriksson a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tenhult! In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Fredriksdal BF. Otto Sundström stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Per-Arne Andreasson. 1-0. Per Frick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Per-Arne Andreasson made a huge save. Jan-Olof Wikander hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Fredriksdal BF's Stellan Gallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Klintæus in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Michael Klintæus made a precise shot to the right of Stellan Gallin. Fredriksdal BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Michael Klintæus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Stellan Gallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Michael Klintæus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd match minute, Tenhult was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Abrahamsson to maneuver through the defense. Stellan Gallin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Klintæus's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Fredriksdal BF's Morgan Bogren got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, Fredriksdal BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Frick to maneuver through the defense.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per Frick in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Arne Andreasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fredriksdal BF's Stellan Gallin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Fredriksdal BF from getting a goal against them. Michael Klintæus in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stellan Gallin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Per Frick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Michael Klintæus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Fredriksdal BF getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Kristian Njurenius hit a great ball. Fredriksdal BF were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Tenhult to leave the ground with a draw.
