After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Patric Alströmer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veberöd's supporters rose to their feet, but Patric Alströmer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Galle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sven Nilsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leo Galle firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sven Nilsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 45th playminute.

Sven-Erik Ståhlman kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Veberöd got a freekick which was hit by Ingemar Classon. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Villiam Olsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
