The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alf Friberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasper Sundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 40 minutes of play, Korpadalens if's Leif Hedlund made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alf Friberger was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Dennis Säv in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lammhult BK's Östen Duset.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ludvig Hamberg was the one to do the kick off. Allan Palmquist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Alf Friberger made a huge save. 54 minutes into the match, Johannes Siöman notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Korpadalens if's Allan Larsfelt. Allan Larsfelt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Palmquist got free with Alf Friberger in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Korpadalens if booed when Lammhult BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linus Zander didn't get a good kick on the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Korpadalens if reached it.
