BoysDontCry's Georg Strand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Siöman in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Söderqvist in the 10th minute of play forced Lammhult BK's goalkeeper Alf Friberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georg Strand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Siöman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Torsten Hedling took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alf Friberger to make any attempt to save it. After 23 played minutes Lammhult BK got a freekick which was hit by Kent Caspersson. Georg Strand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Siöman in the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Johannes Siöman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lammhult BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Siöman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georg Strand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Johannes Siöman succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Lammhult BK's Östen Duset quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Viggo Carlberg, made in the 37th minute of the game. In the 38th minute of the match Östen Duset sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Strand skillfully saved the ball. Tord Björklund hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Georg Strand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Siöman, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The supporters of BoysDontCry booed when Lammhult BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johannes Siöman in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georg Strand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The BoysDontCry players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lammhult BK were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torsten Hedling stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Torsten Hedling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BoysDontCry's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torsten Hedling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Kent Caspersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Hedling in the 64th minute of play forced Lammhult BK's goalkeeper Alf Friberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lammhult BK's Hans Nyberg got a free kick in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Torsten Hedling's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alf Friberger was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Viggo Carlberg made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lammhult BK's Östen Duset. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torsten Hedling in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alf Friberger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Johannes Siöman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Georg Strand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Siöman in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Hedling in the 86th minute of play forced Lammhult BK's goalkeeper Alf Friberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Lammhult BK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Kent Caspersson hit a great ball. After 93 played minutes, BoysDontCry's Viggo Carlberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alf Friberger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BoysDontCry reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Lammhult BK's zone, Torsten Hedling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alf Friberger came out of the goal and Torsten Hedling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chants of Lammhult BK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as BoysDontCry had held the ball for most of the match.
