After 8 played minutes Figgs IK got a freekick which was hit by Claes Hansson. After 9 played minutes, Kungssten Kings's Åke Holmberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Victor Nicorici came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kungssten Kings reached it. After a rather tough play, Kungssten Kings's Karl-Ove Asmundsson got a free kick in the 10th minute. Osvald Alin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Berg in the 15th minute of play. Ludvig Bergfeldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Victor Nicorici made a huge save. Gustaf Löv kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to Kungssten Kings getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Matthias Carlsson hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Figgs IK's Marcus Berg got a free kick in the 39th minute. Elias Barck took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvald Alin. Osvald Alin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Marcus Berg made the kick off in the second half. Karl-Ove Asmundsson hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Tage Lövgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Nicorici was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Osvald Alin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Victor Nicorici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Ove Asmundsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Marcus Berg fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Figgs IK's protests and gave Marcus Berg a yellow card for diving instead. Elias Barck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvald Alin came out and tried to block the shot, but Elias Barck slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 85th minute.
