Afanasiy Malitikov came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Syrianska FC's Björn Smedfeldt. But to his dismay, Björn Smedfeldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jens-Ola Engman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Ahlbom in the 8th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Syrianska FC got a freekick which was hit by Niklas Ödman. Jens-Ola Engman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Fridlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Syrianska FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Lukas Nyman hit a great ball. Olov Ahlbom took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ola Engman. Jens-Ola Engman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Syrianska FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Fridlund came free, but Jens-Ola Engman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Jan-Ove Erserman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32ndth minute of the game Olov Ahlbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Syrianska FC's Jens-Ola Engman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Loko Bastu's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Björck came free, but Afanasiy Malitikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Loko Bastu's goalkeeper Afanasiy Malitikov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Björn Smedfeldt. After some careless play in the Syrianska FC defense, Olov Ahlbom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ola Engman. The Syrianska FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ola Engman should have stopped the shot. Jens-Ola Engman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Svensson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 42 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 43 minutes, Syrianska FC's Jonas Snell got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Afanasiy Malitikov. Afanasiy Malitikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Björck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johan Björk was the one to do the kick off. Johan Björk was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jens-Ola Engman made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Johan Björk sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Syrianska FC defense, Johan Björk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ola Engman. The Syrianska FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ola Engman should have stopped the shot. Bernt Ahlerot hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Jens-Ola Engman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Fridlund in the 74th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Filip Fridlund got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Valdemar Molander charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdemar Molander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Syrianska FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Molander. In the 83rd minute, Olov Ahlbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Lukas Nyman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the game, Loko Bastu's Filip Fridlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ola Engman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Loko Bastu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
