The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgar Lenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Frans Ståhlberg made a huge save. Edvard Morat's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Frans Ståhlberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 5th minute, Edgar Lenberg made a precise shot to the right of Frans Ståhlberg. Gråbo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Kurt Lindgren hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Tănăsie in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Blomberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute Ramzi Le Douarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Blomberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frans Ståhlberg came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Saltsjöbaden IF's Edgar Lenberg. But to his dismay, Edgar Lenberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 24 minutes into the game, Saltsjöbaden IF's Edgar Lenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frans Ståhlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Frans Ståhlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Lenberg in the 27th minute. Leonardo Granström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frans Ståhlberg having to make a save. Gråbo FC's Anders Siggesson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ernst Säv in the 32 minute of the game. Einar Blomberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Tănăsie's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wictor Kalfhage during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 36 played minutes Gråbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Kalfhage. Edgar Lenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Frans Ståhlberg managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Saltsjöbaden IF's Edvard Morat fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Frans Ståhlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Granström, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Edgar Lenberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Lenberg in the 55th minute of play forced Gråbo FC's goalkeeper Frans Ståhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Saltsjöbaden IF's Benjamin Vennerkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alex Tănăsie helped the player get up and apologised. Alex Tănăsie hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Frans Ståhlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Vennerkvist in the 71st minute of the match. Frans Ståhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Lenberg in the 73rd minute of play. Frans Ståhlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Lenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Alex Tănăsie took a quick shot and it went in 5-2 without a chance for Einar Blomberg to make any attempt to save it. 91 minutes into the game, Ramzi Le Douarin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Einar Blomberg. Ramzi Le Douarin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-3. Saltsjöbaden IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
