Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) After a defensive mix-up in Saltsjöbaden IF's zone, Pelle Säfström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Einar Blomberg came out of the goal and Pelle Säfström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kurt Lindgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 8 played minutes The Bonebreakers got a freekick which was hit by Erik Kilstedt. Saltsjöbaden IF's Viggo Eriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saltsjöbaden IF's Einar Blomberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Säfström in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th play minute Viggo Eriksson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerry Boström. 1-0. With his leg Jerry Boström managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Saltsjöbaden IF's Viggo Eriksson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 26th minute, Viggo Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerry Boström made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Viggo Eriksson sent off a good shot on target. The wind increased when Fritz Walmarsson made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwin Mårtensson in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerry Boström saved The Bonebreakers from getting behind. Viggo Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pelle Säfström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerry Boström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viggo Eriksson in the 83rd minute of the match. Jerry Boström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Godholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in The Bonebreakers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Saltsjöbaden IF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
