Marcus Berg started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Sebastian Stenquist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gråbo FC's Frans Ståhlberg. Frans Ståhlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 9 minutes into the match, Gråbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Beck came free, but Frans Ståhlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Elias Barck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Figgs IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Barck in the 15th minute of play forced Gråbo FC's goalkeeper Frans Ståhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frans Ståhlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Alström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gråbo FC's Frans Ståhlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Berg in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Karl Alström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Ståhlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frans Ståhlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Berg's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Figgs IK's Joel Beck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frans Ståhlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Frans Ståhlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Frans Ståhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Barck in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Figgs IK booed when Gråbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Erik Allbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Joel Beck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frans Ståhlberg. Gråbo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Beck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Elias Barck took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frans Ståhlberg. Frans Ståhlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 43 minutes into the game, Marcus Berg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Frans Ståhlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 46 minutes into the match, Gråbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Berg came free, but Frans Ståhlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Karl Alström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Ståhlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Karl Alström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frans Ståhlberg having to interfere. Frans Ståhlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Barck, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig-Arne Siöman got free with Frans Ståhlberg in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Figgs IK's Joel Beck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frans Ståhlberg. That made the score 0-13 after 83 minutes of play. 85 minutes into the game, Marcus Berg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-14. Frans Ståhlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Stenquist charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Stenquist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sebastian Stenquist hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Frans Ståhlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Berg in the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Figgs IK booed when Gråbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Rioja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Alström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Frans Ståhlberg made a huge save. When the match was over Figgs IK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gråbo FC throughout the match.
