Spectators: 7328 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 1) Torbjörn Stolpe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Torbjörn Stolpe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Alebeck was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After 11 minutes, Torbjörn Stolpe made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pirates FC's Folke Alebeck tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marc Bergman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Forss, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Harlösa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arne Bergqvist was slow to take the kick. During this time Pirates FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Pirates FC's Bengt Petersson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Forss in the 17th minute of play forced Harlösa's goalkeeper Marc Bergman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjörn Stolpe in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folke Alebeck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Pirates FC booed when Harlösa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Stolpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Henric Holmstedt came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Harlösa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henric Holmstedt couldn't finish the play. Ragnar Forss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Marc Bergman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Pirates FC's Ragnar Forss nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Bergman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Arne Bergqvist hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Pirates FC's attentive Bengt Petersson managed to snatch the ball when Stig Liljeström made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Ragnar Forss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Bergman having to interfere. The Harlösa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pirates FC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Ragnar Forss made the kick off in the second half. Pirates FC's Folke Alebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Stolpe in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Richard Anselius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Harlösa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richard Anselius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joakim Gustavsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Marc Bergman made a huge save. After having played for 61 minutes, Ragnar Forss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pirates FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ragnar Forss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ragnar Forss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th match minute, Harlösa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Anselius to maneuver through the defense. Marc Bergman made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ingmar Gregersson sent off a good shot on target. Marc Bergman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andréas Västlund in the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Harlösa's Marc Bergman got control of the ball when Joakim Gustavsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marc Bergman made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Joakim Gustavsson sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Torbjörn Stolpe put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Folke Alebeck. Henric Holmstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Alebeck having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Harlösa's goalkeeper Marc Bergman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joakim Gustavsson. After a defensive mix-up in Harlösa's zone, Ragnar Forss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Bergman came out of the goal and Ragnar Forss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc Bergman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Forss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Harlösa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pirates FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
