After having played for 4 minutes, Carl Beck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jag hör Banjo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl Beck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jag hör Banjo's Torbjörn Smed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Knutsson in the 10th minute of play. Torbjörn Smed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingmar Knutsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Beck in the 15th minute of play forced Bulldog Squad's goalkeeper Roland Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Gunnar Ekeroth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Beck in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Wictor Tillman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torbjörn Smed was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ingmar Knutsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peder Stephansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Buffon having to interfere. Torbjörn Smed didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wictor Tillman went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute Wictor Tillman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torbjörn Smed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Wictor Tillman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torbjörn Smed was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Torbjörn Smed came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Bulldog Squad's Jarl Näfver. But to his dismay, Jarl Näfver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Torbjörn Smed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Knutsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carl Beck was the one to do the kick off. Wictor Tillman came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Torbjörn Smed could save by the left post. In the 57th minute, Ingmar Knutsson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Torbjörn Smed, passed just outside the right post. After 63 played minutes Bulldog Squad got a freekick which was hit by Sixten Jakobsson. 66 minutes into the match, Wictor Tillman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torbjörn Smed. Jag hör Banjo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wictor Tillman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Carl Beck kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Torbjörn Smed was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Sixten Jakobsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sixten Jakobsson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 77th minute, Wictor Tillman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bulldog Squad's Fred Melberg was substituted for Gunnar Ekeroth. Bulldog Squad's Bengt Öberg was substituted for Börje Näfver. A collision led to Bulldog Squad getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Wictor Tillman hit a great ball. Jag hör Banjo's Torbjörn Smed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Knutsson in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute, Carl Beck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jag hör Banjo's Torbjörn Smed proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Jag hör Banjo from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Jag hör Banjo's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Knutsson came free, but Torbjörn Smed reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingmar Knutsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peder Stephansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Roland Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
