The audience thought a goal was coming when Eddie Falck got free with Harald Kuse in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Gårdstens FC's zone, Arman Kolberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harald Kuse came out of the goal and Arman Kolberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eddie Falck succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. Sven-Edvin Täman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorel Martin's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The supporters of Gårdstens FC booed when Pukebergs bk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gårdstens FC's Harald Kuse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Gårdstens FC from getting a goal against them. If Gabriel Kjellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dorel Martin scored 1-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Edvin Täman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45thth minute of the game Dorel Martin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pukebergs bk's Sven-Edvin Täman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
