Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jens-Ove Bengtsson got the match started through his kick off. Sakarias Majman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Björn Nyström. Östers IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Morgan Delisle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliot Skräddare read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Elliot Skräddare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes, Jens-Ove Bengtsson made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Åsunden FF's Elliot Skräddare tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Åsunden FF's Malte Lövkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Björn Nyström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pål Jonsson got free with Björn Nyström in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Åsunden FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sakarias Majman in the 33rd minute. Östers IF's Björn Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Ekberg in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Joacim Ekberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsunden FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Ekberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Nyström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Östers IF's goalkeeper Björn Nyström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pål Jonsson. Elliot Skräddare didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens-Ove Bengtsson went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Jens-Ove Bengtsson put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Elliot Skräddare. The Åsunden FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Östers IF were winning 0-4.

Bertil Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Joacim Ekberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Nyström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pål Jonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Ove Bengtsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 65th minute, Joacim Ekberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute Morgan Delisle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Skräddare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elliot Skräddare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 minutes of play, Åsunden FF's Joacim Ekberg made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Björn Nyström was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Patrik Abrahamsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 81st minute Malte Lövkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Nyström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Åsunden FF defense, Folke Hedström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elliot Skräddare. The Åsunden FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elliot Skräddare should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the game, Pål Jonsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Björn Nyström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Östers IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Åsunden FF throughout the match.
