Emanuel Coja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars-Erik Hellström went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 7th minute, Ljungsbro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alf Nilsson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 9 minutes into the match, Gösta Finnman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hortlax's Emanuel Coja. Emanuel Coja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alvar Drake kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Timmy Mikaelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Aleksander Frøystad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hortlax's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Frøystad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Ljungsbro booed when Hortlax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Malmström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pelle Hedkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Gamza in the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Lars-Erik Hellström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ljungsbro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Danielsson in the 30th minute of play forced Hortlax's goalkeeper Emanuel Coja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Gamza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pelle Hedkvist. Wieslaw Gamza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alf Nilsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Hortlax got a freekick which was hit by Karl Beck. Gösta Finnman might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Coja. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gösta Finnman ran back to his position shaking his head. Hortlax's Emanuel Coja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Drake in the 59th minute of play. Emanuel Coja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars-Erik Hellström in the 64th minute of the match. 2-4 became the score in the 70th minute when Wieslaw Gamza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pelle Hedkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gösta Finnman might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Coja. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gösta Finnman ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute, Thor Danielsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Lars-Erik Hellström took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Emanuel Coja to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Arne Eckegren during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bengt-Arne Eckegren kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Pelle Hedkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Nilsson in the 88th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Alf Nilsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hortlax fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. Pelle Hedkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Dărmănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ljungsbro's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
