Spectators: 7723 (Terracing: 5793, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when D.J. Bobek kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Kevin Rosen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Västra Frölunda IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JoynickFC the free kick. With a little luck, Västra Frölunda IF's Sakarias Persson got control of the ball when D.J. Bobek tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th match minute, Västra Frölunda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Wallengren to maneuver through the defense. Ove Lindström was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Västra Frölunda IF's Verner Vester got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. D.J. Bobeks short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Sakarias Persson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 15th minute Armando Paul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakarias Persson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Sjöberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Rosen in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Västra Frölunda IF's Kevin Rosen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. André Sjöberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Karl-Erik Pilgren kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Sakarias Persson came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by JoynickFC's Ove Lindström. But to his dismay, Ove Lindström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ragnar Utfal's late challenge caught a JoynickFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ragnar Utfal helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Västra Frölunda IF got a freekick which was hit by Ragnar Utfal. André Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Rosen in the 27th minute of the match. D.J. Bobeks short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Sakarias Persson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Västra Frölunda IF's Ragnar Rydelius in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JoynickFC's goalie prevented a goal. When Armando Paul came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the JoynickFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Paul couldn't finish the play. The supporters of JoynickFC booed when Västra Frölunda IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Sigman didn't get a good kick on the ball. D.J. Bobek struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Sakarias Persson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JoynickFC. 44 minutes into the match, Västra Frölunda IF's goalkeeper Sakarias Persson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Paul. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kevin Rosen made a kick off. In the 51st minute, D.J. Bobek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JoynickFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Armando Paul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by D.J. Bobek in the 56th minute of play forced Västra Frölunda IF's goalkeeper Sakarias Persson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Rosen in the 60th minute of the match. The corner led Västra Frölunda IF's Jon Sigman to fire away a dangerous shot which André Sjöberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Västra Frölunda IF's Sakarias Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Paul in the 66th minute of play. The throw-in from Ragnar Utfal in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by JoynickFC's Ingvar Bergvall. The throw-in from Wictor Gudmundsson in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Västra Frölunda IF's Ragnar Utfal. Västra Frölunda IF's Sakarias Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Paul in the 78th minute of play. Sakarias Persson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes JoynickFC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Paul. In the 90th minute, Armando Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, JoynickFC's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Rosen came free, but André Sjöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Rydelius, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Västra Frölunda IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
