Thomas Beattie was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Galo Soccers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan-Ove Landin was slow to take the kick. During this time Dahan's players had a chance to rest. Krister Collin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon Allbom in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Galo Soccers's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Ek came free, but Thomas Beattie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Jon Allbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krister Collin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Dahan's Jan-Ove Landin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Beattie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 40 played minutes, Galo Soccers's Jon Allbom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Krister Collin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galo Soccers reached it. Galo Soccers's Thomas Beattie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Ek in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jon Allbom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Krister Collin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon Allbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Bertil Bonk took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Thomas Beattie to make any attempt to save it. 68 minutes into the match, Galo Soccers's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Ove Landin came free, but Thomas Beattie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Olof Asserlindh kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Dahan's Jan-Ove Landin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Beattie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evert Ek in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Beattie saved Galo Soccers from getting behind. Lukas Kihlman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Krister Collin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Krister Collin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Kihlman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomas Beattie made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Amanda Andersson sent off a good shot on target. Thomas Beattie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Ek in the 95th minute of play. The Dahan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dahan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
