Bertil Borre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Mogren having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Kjell Gustafsson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of RED DEVILS!'s André Mogren. André Mogren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the game, Bertil Borre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. André Mogren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the match, Bertil Borre notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of RED DEVILS!'s André Mogren. André Mogren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Lars-Erik Bammerman fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RED DEVILS!'s protests and gave Lars-Erik Bammerman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st match minute, RED DEVILS! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Hamnberg to maneuver through the defense. RED DEVILS!'s André Mogren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Borre in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the RED DEVILS! defense, Kjell Gustafsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Mogren. The RED DEVILS! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Mogren should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sivert Stenqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Peter Löfgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. André Mogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emenon Canosa charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emenon Canosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. RED DEVILS!'s André Mogren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save RED DEVILS! from getting a goal against them. If Bertil Borre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kjell Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes in the game, Kjell Gustafsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without André Mogren having to interfere. Olof Mårtensson's late challenge caught a Målilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olof Mårtensson helped the player get up and apologised. Kjell Gustafsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Mogren having to make a save. In the 74th minute, Bertil Borre made a precise shot to the right of André Mogren. RED DEVILS!'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. In the 81st minute, Bertil Borre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Målilla fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Kjell Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Målilla's Bertil Borre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of André Mogren. That made the score 0-11 after 88 minutes of play. Lars-Erik Bammerman hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. When the match was over Målilla could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RED DEVILS! throughout the match.
