Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) D.J. Bobek started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Målilla booed when JoynickFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. D.J. Bobek didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Kjell Gustafsson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of JoynickFC's André Sjöberg. André Sjöberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ove Lindström in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Gustavsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers D.J. Bobek in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Einar Gustavsson saved Målilla from getting behind. Einar Gustavsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from D.J. Bobek in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 minutes Målilla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ove Lindström who took care of the corner kick. Einar Gustavsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Lindström in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kalle Hermansson in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Sjöberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Einar Gustavsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Lindström, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Gustafsson in the 32nd minute of play forced JoynickFC's goalkeeper André Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Gustavsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from D.J. Bobek in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Målilla got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Hedberg. After a rather tough play, JoynickFC's Bernt Olofsson got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in JoynickFC's zone, Bertil Borre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Sjöberg came out of the goal and Bertil Borre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Einar Gustavsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from D.J. Bobek in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Borre to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Borre in the 57th minute of play forced JoynickFC's goalkeeper André Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rickard Lundin hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Bertil Borre notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of JoynickFC's André Sjöberg. André Sjöberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. André Sjöberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell Gustafsson in the 68th minute of play. Einar Gustavsson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ingvar Bergvall. 72 minutes into the match, Målilla's goalkeeper Einar Gustavsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by D.J. Bobek. The supporters of JoynickFC booed when Målilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Hedberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 played minutes JoynickFC got a freekick which was hit by Karl Abrahamsson. Karl Abrahamsson hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Bertil Borre came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Målilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Borre couldn't finish the play. Armando Paul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Einar Gustavsson made a huge save. A collision led to Målilla getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Peter Löfgren hit a great ball. When Peter Löfgren came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Målilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Löfgren couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Kjell Gustafsson put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of André Sjöberg.
