Monsters's Hans Steenberghs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Grönberg in the 3rd minute of play. Diego Armando Maradona kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Nicklas Matsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvald Helemäe, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Nicklas Matsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Monsters's Hans Steenberghs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvig Engman in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Monsters's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Christoffersson came free, but Hans Steenberghs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Tang Hao Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Steenberghs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes AIK Spiceboys got a freekick which was hit by Bo Grönberg. Charles Ekerot kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The corner ended in Daniel Hellsing almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AIK Spiceboys's Nicklas Matsson did a great save. Holger Snäll's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Nicklas Matsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nicklas Matsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvald Helemäe in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Helemäe in the 37th minute of play forced AIK Spiceboys's goalkeeper Nicklas Matsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, AIK Spiceboys's Nicklas Matsson got control of the ball when Holger Snäll tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tang Hao Wei made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Monsters's Holger Snäll got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bo Grönberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hans Steenberghs came out and tried to block the shot, but Bo Grönberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, Monsters's Albin Frisck got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute, Tang Hao Wei reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hans Steenberghs. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 69th minute of the match, Bo Grönberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hans Steenberghs saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tang Hao Wei got free with Hans Steenberghs in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Holger Snäll took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicklas Matsson. Nicklas Matsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 76th minute, Nicklas Lustig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th match minute, AIK Spiceboys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Ekerot to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the game, Ludvig Engman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AIK Spiceboys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monsters the free kick. Nicklas Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvald Helemäe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the AIK Spiceboys defense, Nicklas Lustig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicklas Matsson. The AIK Spiceboys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicklas Matsson should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, AIK Spiceboys's Tang Hao Wei got a free kick in the 84th minute. Nicklas Matsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicklas Lustig in the 87th minute of play. During the 88th minute of the match Holger Snäll completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Holger Snäll a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Holger Snäll kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, AIK Spiceboys's Tang Hao Wei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hans Steenberghs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Hans Steenberghs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Grönberg in the 96th minute of play. Monsters were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AIK Spiceboys for a fine match.
