Spectators: 7643 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 100) Höjden BK's Sven-Ove Ivarsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Magnus Abrahamsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blunts United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Sven-Ove Ivarsson scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erik Malmgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Siggman in the 17th minute of play forced Blunts United's goalkeeper Erik Malmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Ove Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Erik Malmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erik Malmgren stood somewhat misplaced when Sven-Ove Ivarsson came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 32 minute. Kurt Siggman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Sven-Ove Ivarsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erik Malmgren. Sven-Ove Ivarsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Basualdo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Sven-Ove Ivarsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Malmgren. Blunts United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven-Ove Ivarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. In the 54th minute Sven-Ove Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Malmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes Blunts United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kurt Siggman who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Kurt Siggman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erik Malmgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sven-Ove Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Erik Malmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Robin Dahlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magnus Abrahamsson in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivar Mårtensson saved Höjden BK from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Ove Ivarsson in the 70th minute of play forced Blunts United's goalkeeper Erik Malmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Sven-Ove Ivarsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Höjden BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. The supporters of Blunts United booed when Höjden BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Trillkott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bror Utter kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Erik Malmgren came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Höjden BK's Kurt Siggman. But to his dismay, Kurt Siggman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. After 92 minutes of play, Höjden BK's Sven-Ove Ivarsson made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Malmgren was left in no man's land by his defense there!
