Erik Malmgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monsters. If Nicklas Lustig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Nicklas Lustig notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Blunts United's Erik Malmgren. Erik Malmgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the game, Osvald Helemäe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. In the 45th minute, Gustavo Rivas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvald Helemäe to make the kick off. Erik Malmgren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Osvald Helemäe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 88 minute of play. Erik Malmgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Rivas in the 91st minute.
