When SWARS's Sven-Arne Tunström in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Himna FF's goalie prevented a goal. Henning Nyman was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Ronny Asplund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ronny Asplund really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. SWARS were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Himna FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alfons Emander took the corner. Ronny Asplund was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When Ronny Asplund came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the SWARS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Asplund couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, SWARS's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Lourenco came free, but Anders Pilblad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stian Backman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Hannes Jonsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SWARS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Himna FF the free kick. After a rather tough play, SWARS's Hannes Jonsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SWARS's zone, Luiz Lourenco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anders Pilblad came out of the goal and Luiz Lourenco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the game, Luiz Lourenco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Himna FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SWARS the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Maciej Mruk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SWARS's Anders Pilblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Mruk in the 38th minute of play. Sven-Arne Tunström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Henning Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Filiph Arvidsson fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Himna FF's protests and gave Filiph Arvidsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Himna FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiph Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mårten Lindberg to make the kick off. Anders Pilblad made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Luiz Lourenco sent off a good shot on target. Alfons Emander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Nyman having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Ronny Asplund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henning Nyman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 59 played minutes Himna FF got a freekick which was hit by Filiph Arvidsson. After some careless play in the Himna FF defense, Rutger Forsberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henning Nyman. The Himna FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henning Nyman should have stopped the shot. During the 69th minute of the match Luiz Lourenco completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luiz Lourenco a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Himna FF getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Sebastian Brummer hit a great ball. Henning Nyman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Arne Tunström's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Sven-Arne Tunström made a precise shot to the right of Henning Nyman. Himna FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Henning Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Arne Tunström in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Rutger Forsberg notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Himna FF's Henning Nyman. Henning Nyman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henning Nyman came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by SWARS's Sven-Arne Tunström. But to his dismay, Sven-Arne Tunström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Henning Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Asplund in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, SWARS's Rutger Forsberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henning Nyman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. The audience was convinced that Sven-Arne Tunström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henning Nyman was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Henning Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Arne Tunström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
