Urban Näfver scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacek Banan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Fredrik Gernberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacek Banan. Skärblacka FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fredrik Gernberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jacek Banan was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Eloy Suero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eloy Suero really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Fredrik Gernberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jacek Banan made a huge save. V.HOBY FF's Denis Birke shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 26th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jacek Banan but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the Skärblacka FC defense, Eloy Suero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacek Banan. The Skärblacka FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacek Banan should have stopped the shot. 5-0 became the score in the 33rd minute when Fredrik Gernberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Skärblacka FC's Jacek Banan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Skärblacka FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Urban Näfver took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Jacek Banan to make any attempt to save it. Jacek Banan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Suero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Mikael Tunström threw the ball into play from the sideline. Skärblacka FC's Sverker Wennerquist quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Gernberg made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Urban Näfver ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacek Banan was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Jacek Banan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Näfver in the 57th minute of play. Jacek Banan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Suero, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute V.HOBY FF were awarded a corner. Denis Birke went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Skärblacka FC's goalie and right to Urban Näfver. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Skärblacka FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of V.HOBY FF booed when Skärblacka FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Ove Kinell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Eloy Suero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacek Banan was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0.
