Askars ik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Östen Brander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciro Hustaz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Kazimierz Gdowik 11 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Brantevik IF's goalkeeper Kazimierz Gdowik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Hustaz. Kjell Ros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Wallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Hustaz in the 85th minute of play forced Brantevik IF's goalkeeper Kazimierz Gdowik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Askars ik's Kjell Ros got control of the ball when Karl-Ove Wallman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brantevik IF's Kazimierz Gdowik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Hustaz in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Askars ik's Ciro Hustaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kazimierz Gdowik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0.
