Askars ik's Kjell Ros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Malm in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Askars ik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Brander to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Falconer FC's goalkeeper Niclas Andersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niclas Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Ekström in the 13th minute of the match. The corner led Askars ik's Östen Brander to fire away a dangerous shot which Niclas Andersson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kjell Ros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Siöman in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Oskar Vesterberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Ros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Falconer FC's Niclas Andersson got control of the ball when Marko Gråberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Verner Giliusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell Ros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Verner Giliusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niclas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Östen Brander in the 39th minute of play. Östen Brander hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Arne Mårtensson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kjell Ros. Askars ik's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciro Hustaz to strike the kick off in the second half. Kjell Ros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Giliusson in the 51st minute of the match. Niclas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Hustaz in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Verner Giliusson in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell Ros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciro Hustaz took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niclas Andersson. Niclas Andersson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Niclas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Hustaz in the 80th minute of play. The Askars ik supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Falconer FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Falconer FC.
