When Joacim Brummer fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ljungsbro FC's protests and gave Joacim Brummer a yellow card for diving instead. After 2 played minutes Ljungsbro FC got a freekick which was hit by Joacim Brummer. In the 9th match minute, Ljungsbro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Sjöström to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungsbro FC's zone, Evarado Sauca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philip Holmgren came out of the goal and Evarado Sauca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute, Per-Olof Löfdahl made a precise shot to the right of Philip Holmgren. Ljungsbro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute, Evarado Sauca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Evarado Sauca came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Jönåker FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evarado Sauca couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Evarado Sauca made a precise shot to the right of Philip Holmgren. Ljungsbro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 32nd minute Per-Olof Löfdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Holmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Olof Sjödin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Söderkvist went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Joacim Brummer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evarado Sauca in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philip Holmgren saved Ljungsbro FC from getting behind. When Axel Söderkvist came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Ljungsbro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Söderkvist couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evarado Sauca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Evarado Sauca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Käller got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gottfrid Abelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Söderkvist in the 58th minute of play forced Jönåker FC's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Sjödin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Olof Löfdahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Philip Holmgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Philip Holmgren stood somewhat misplaced when Evarado Sauca came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 61 minute. Ljungsbro FC's Philip Holmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Ljungsbro FC from getting a goal against them. Philip Holmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Hökqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Evarado Sauca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Philip Holmgren. Ljungsbro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evarado Sauca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Philip Holmgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evarado Sauca's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Ljungsbro FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Evarado Sauca 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. Per-Olof Löfdahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Philip Holmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evarado Sauca did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-7 to the left of a surprised Philip Holmgren 84 minutes into the match. In the 89thth minute of the game Evarado Sauca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ljungsbro FC's Philip Holmgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jönåker FC's Evarado Sauca was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Evarado Sauca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Jönåker FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ljungsbro FC throughout the match.
