When Jens-Åke Axelsson fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kurre Hamrins Akademi's protests and gave Jens-Åke Axelsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kurre Hamrins Akademi getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jens-Åke Axelsson hit a great ball. Kurre Hamrins Akademi's Stellan Kilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yngve Gustavsson in the 18th minute of play. Staffan Ryberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Olov Blomqvist made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Johan Berglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stellan Kilberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robin Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes, Kurre Hamrins Akademi's Olle Gadd shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olov Blomqvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kurre Hamrins Akademi reached it. Robin Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When Jens-Åke Axelsson came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Kurre Hamrins Akademi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Åke Axelsson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yngve Gustavsson in the 31st minute of play forced Kurre Hamrins Akademi's goalkeeper Stellan Kilberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Kurre Hamrins Akademi's goal looked a bit too open when John Sundin came free, but Stellan Kilberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Åke Axelsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olov Blomqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Stellan Kilberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sören Kruuse was the one to do the kick off. Olov Blomqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens-Åke Axelsson went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, John Sundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Bagarmossen's John Sundin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stellan Kilberg. That made the score 2-3 after 62 minutes of play. Sören Kruuse succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-4. After a defensive mix-up in Bagarmossen's zone, Staffan Ryberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olov Blomqvist came out of the goal and Staffan Ryberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Johan Berglund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bagarmossen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. In the 77th minute Karl-Johan Ahlerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Kurre Hamrins Akademi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bagarmossen were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
