Calvet Urizars short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Karl-Johan Ahlbom to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 8 played minutes FC Raven Saints got a freekick which was hit by Aron Ahlén. The crowd rose to their feet as IFK Åmål's Calvet Urizar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl-Johan Ahlbom. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Oliver Ahlström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Raven Saints's Karl-Johan Ahlbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Raven Saints's goalkeeper Karl-Johan Ahlbom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Calvet Urizar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Ahlström in the 21st minute of play forced FC Raven Saints's goalkeeper Karl-Johan Ahlbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Oliver Ahlström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Åmål's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Ahlström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calvet Urizar made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 27thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Karl-Johan Ahlbom would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 29 minutes, Jens-Erik Rydberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Raven Saints and the IFK Åmål players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes FC Raven Saints got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Erik Rydberg. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Oliver Ahlström put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Karl-Johan Ahlbom. After a rather tough play, IFK Åmål's Oliver Ahlström got a free kick in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Henrik Browald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Raven Saints's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Åmål the free kick. Karl-Johan Ahlbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Ahlström, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When Oliver Ahlström came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the IFK Åmål fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Ahlström couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kalle Walroth was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Calvet Urizar made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Raven Saints's Karl-Johan Ahlbom tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Ahlström in the 55th minute of play forced FC Raven Saints's goalkeeper Karl-Johan Ahlbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Ahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Johan Ahlbom having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, FC Raven Saints's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Ahlström came free, but Karl-Johan Ahlbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, IFK Åmål's Calvet Urizar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Johan Ahlbom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 84 minutes FC Raven Saints's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Börje Jönsson who took care of the corner kick. FC Raven Saints's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0.
