Ola Lundström kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, IFK Åmål was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calvet Urizar to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the game, Hårdmen Slak's Victorien Malosse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Alegren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 21st minute Victorien Malosse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Alegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hårdmen Slak's Kent Kyrk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Hårdmen Slak from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute, William Falk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calvet Urizar got free with Kent Kyrk in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 played minutes IFK Åmål got a freekick which was hit by Börje Jönsson. In the 29th minute Orvar Stålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Alegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Alegren came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Hårdmen Slak's Orvar Stålberg. But to his dismay, Orvar Stålberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jan Alegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Gomes in the 32nd minute of play. Sven-Ove Ingvall took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Alegren. Jan Alegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustav Håkansson during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Hårdmen Slak. Evert Apelkvist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jan Alegren. 0-4. Wada Pedson kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. IFK Åmål's Börje Jönsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hårdmen Slak. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Jan Alegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Apelkvist in the 52nd minute of play. Evert Apelkvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jan Alegren firmly grabbed it by the left post. IFK Åmål's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Börje Jönsson in the 56th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Hårdmen Slak's goalie and right to Herman Sjögren. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Hårdmen Slak's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 57th match minute, IFK Åmål was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Sjögren to maneuver through the defense. Kent Kyrk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Ahlström, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Jan Alegren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Brenner in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, Hårdmen Slak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hampus Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. Hampus Forsberg hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliver Ahlström in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kent Kyrk saved Hårdmen Slak from getting behind. Aleksander Markusson charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aleksander Markusson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Wada Pedson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, IFK Åmål's Sergio Vellito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kent Kyrk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Kent Kyrk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Jönsson in the 76th minute of play. Jan Alegren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Ingvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Kent Kyrk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Ahlström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orvar Stålberg in the 88th minute of play forced IFK Åmål's goalkeeper Jan Alegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Alegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Ove Ingvall in the 90th minute of play. Sergio Vellito kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Hårdmen Slak players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
