Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5775, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 0) Bagarmossen's Sören Kruuse started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Zantos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolf Theys to maneuver through the defense. Per-Oskar Stor made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Sören Kruuse sent off a good shot on target. Olov Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Teodoreanu in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Zantos IF's Calle Hammarbäck seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Calle Hammarbäck the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Zantos IF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Calle Hammarbäck had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Bagarmossen booed when Zantos IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calle Hammarbäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Bagarmossen's Jarl Nyström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Per-Oskar Stor made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Kåre Sjödin sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Bagarmossen's zone, Timmy Glad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olov Blomqvist came out of the goal and Timmy Glad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the game, Kåre Sjödin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Per-Oskar Stor. Kåre Sjödin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Olov Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timmy Glad in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Sergiu Teodoreanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olov Blomqvist. Bagarmossen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergiu Teodoreanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Bagarmossen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zantos IF were winning 1-2.

Sergiu Teodoreanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Olov Blomqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Zantos IF booed when Bagarmossen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sören Kruuse didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Bagarmossen's Sören Kruuse got a free kick in the 58th minute. When Sergiu Teodoreanu came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Zantos IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergiu Teodoreanu couldn't finish the play. John Sundin scored 3-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per-Oskar Stor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If John Sundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Johan Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 78 minutes into the match, Zantos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Berglund came free, but Per-Oskar Stor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Zantos IF got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Theys. 83 minutes into the game, Kåre Sjödin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Per-Oskar Stor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bagarmossen made a substitution. Ulrik Runeberg replaced Sören Kruuse. 93 minutes into the game, Kent Stenberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bagarmossen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zantos IF the free kick. Kent Stenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Zantos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ulrik Runeberg came free, but Per-Oskar Stor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
