Per-Olof Käller in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joacim Sundin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 20th minute Marko Apelquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hampus Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Antonio Puerta Academia got a freekick which was hit by Per-Arne Karlsson. 26 minutes into the match, Antonio Puerta Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Apelquist came free, but Hampus Heggert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Göteborg 1904's Joacim Sundin got control of the ball when Per-Olof Käller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joacim Sundin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Arne Karlsson in the 35th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Rune Beckman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Antonio Puerta Academia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Göteborg 1904 the free kick. After a rather tough play, Antonio Puerta Academia's Rune Beckman got a free kick in the 41st minute. Roger Caspersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Hampus Heggert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hampus Heggert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Capisizu in the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isak Gunnarsson made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Roger Caspersson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Göteborg 1904 and the Antonio Puerta Academia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Göteborg 1904 getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Roger Caspersson hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isak Gunnarsson in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joacim Sundin saved Göteborg 1904 from getting behind. After 53 minutes Göteborg 1904's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was George Öfverman who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Codruț Capisizu in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hampus Heggert saved Antonio Puerta Academia from getting behind. Codruț Capisizu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Codruț Capisizu in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hampus Heggert, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 62nd minute, George Öfverman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 minutes, Gonza Lozares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Antonio Puerta Academia and the Göteborg 1904 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Codruț Capisizu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Heggert having to interfere. A collision led to Antonio Puerta Academia getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mo Xuan Yin hit a great ball. Codruț Capisizu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Hampus Heggert when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Codruț Capisizu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Hampus Heggert made a huge save. Gustav Tinglöf's late challenge caught a Göteborg 1904's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Tinglöf helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Roger Caspersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Göteborg 1904's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Caspersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hampus Heggert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Despite being the better team, Göteborg 1904 failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
