After a rather tough play, Calcio U21's Rasmus Gudmundsson got a free kick in the 16th minute. A hard shot by Frans Bammerman from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Wiktor Bock's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 18 minutes into the game, Calcio U21's Karl-Johan Lidman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hubert Classon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Calcio U21 booed when The Olsson FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hubert Classon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 55 played minutes Calcio U21 got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Sousa. After a defensive mix-up in Calcio U21's zone, Frans Bammerman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wiktor Bock came out of the goal and Frans Bammerman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th match minute, Calcio U21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Bjursell to maneuver through the defense. Calcio U21's Iivo Puistola was substituted for Manfred Watkins. 62 minutes into the game, Isac Ahlstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calcio U21's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Olsson FC the free kick. In the 64th minute Miles Davis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Bock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miles Davis in the 69th minute of play forced Calcio U21's goalkeeper Wiktor Bock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miles Davis kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Karl-Johan Lidman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hubert Classon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Hubert Classon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iivo Puistola in the 77th minute of the match. If Karl-Johan Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th play minute Karl-Johan Lidman came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hubert Classon. 1-3. Although The Olsson FC had been in control for most of the match, Calcio U21 still came away with the win.
