Claes Franssons short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Hugo Orlando Gatti to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 82nd match minute, Göteborg 1904 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Hägert to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Balkan FC's Malcolm Danielsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joacim Sundin narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
