Grimsås IF's Ali Baran Koçak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicco Oolo in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to The Northmen Army getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Tommy Treager hit a great ball. Emil Gustafsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Vennerlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. The Northmen Army's Tomas Vennerlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save The Northmen Army from getting a goal against them. In the 11th minute Vicco Oolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Baran Koçak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, The Northmen Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicco Oolo to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Róbert Dávid recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomas Vennerlund. Róbert Dávid showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Tomas Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Dávid in the 20th minute of the match. The Northmen Army's Tomas Vennerlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save The Northmen Army from getting a goal against them. Tomas Vennerlund made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Evert Hafström sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the game, Santa Santa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Northmen Army's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grimsås IF the free kick. After 29 played minutes The Northmen Army got a freekick which was hit by Santa Santa. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Northmen Army's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Róbert Dávid was slow to take the kick. During this time Grimsås IF's players had a chance to rest. Ulysses Baldwin hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 35th match minute, The Northmen Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svit Snabb to maneuver through the defense. Róbert Dávid took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tomas Vennerlund. The Northmen Army's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ulysses Baldwin struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ali Baran Koçak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Northmen Army.

After a rather tough play, Grimsås IF's Edvin Beckeman got a free kick in the 51st minute. Grimsås IF's attentive Robin Quejo managed to snatch the ball when Karl-Erik Bergqvist made a throw-in in the 64th minute of the game. The Northmen Army made a substitution. Best Štriker replaced Ulysses Baldwin. Johan Mjällby kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Luisão França shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ali Baran Koçak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Grimsås IF fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Grimsås IF's Róbert Dávid looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th minute, Karl-Erik Bergqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Northmen Army fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 80 minutes into the match, Svit Snabb dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ali Baran Koçak, 2-3. Róbert Dávid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Grimsås IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Róbert Dávid in the 86th minute. Róbert Dávid made a great header on Grimsås IF's corner, it was just that The Northmen Army's Tomas Vennerlund managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Grimsås IF's Ali Baran Koçak got control of the ball when Nicko Kličko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andy Lindholm might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Vennerlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andy Lindholm ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Vennerlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Róbert Dávid's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Grimsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Nicko Kličko came free, but Ali Baran Koçak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Grimsås IF's zone, Nicko Kličko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Baran Koçak came out of the goal and Nicko Kličko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of The Northmen Army were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Grimsås IF side.
